Returns and Refunds

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original condition for a full refund. Contact us first at jmwddawg@gmail.com and we will send you return instructions.

Defective, damaged, or wrong items: If your item arrives defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full. We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items.

Unavailable items: If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will refund you in full automatically - no action needed on your part.

Lick mats: always supervise your pet while using a lick mat and remove it if your pet starts to chew it.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
